Why do we care so much...

This entry was inspired by a bulletin on myspace.com. It's to all those Americans out there that say we treat these terrorist bad. Have you forgotten what you felt like on September 11, 2001? I know that I haven't. We watched thousands die that day. Men, Women, and children. Do you think that the terrorist cared about the children on those flights? NO! Do you think that they cared about women and children in range of their suicide bombs? NO! Then why do we care that their Coran is desecrated, or that they are a little humiliated in prison by being paraded around naked. The same kind of thing takes place in college hazing. Why is it that I feel more threatened by Americans than I do terrorist?

Tell you what, let me paint a picture for you. If you are upset about the way we a treating them, how about imagining this. Lets not go to war with theses terrorist. As a matter of fact lets lay down our M16's and our .50 cal's. Lets put the mortars back in the ammo box and come on home. Lets open up our air ways and buy all of them a ticket to the "land of opportunity". Lets lay down our Holy Bibles and pick up the Coran. English??... Who needs that, we can speak Arabic. Women, forget you rights. You now have to wear a vail over your face and stay at home all day, because you aren't as good as us men. Fella's, find the nearest TNT vest to you and lets head to the local market for a good time. Don't worry about the innocent people, if we do this we get 99 virgins in Nirvana. Lets make a few videos of us hacking off the heads of anyone who so much udders the word freedom. While we are at it, lets place one man in charge and let him do whatever he wishes with us. We will obey him and trust him. We will make no decisions of our own. No voting, the power can just be pasted down to his sons and his sons sons. I'm sure all of them will make fantastic leaders. Oh, and one last thing, don't forget to live in fear everyday because it may very well be your last day on earth.

Does this sound like your kind of place? If it does let me tell you what. American Airlines has tickets to Iraq and Afghanistan. Why don't you buy one? Because I don't want you here in my country. So to all of you rich, uptight, pansies sitting in your million dollar homes who have nothing better to do than to complain about the way we "mistreat" these terrorist, go on over there and pat them on the back and let them know that you are there to help.... I'll be here.... praying for your family when they send you home in a box......

First off.....

Ok so, we have troops overseas at war right now. Men and women are fighting for our country to preserve peace and eliminate threats. And yes, men and women are dying. But why are most Americans whining like little babies about this. THEY'RE IN THE MILITARY!!! What the heck people. These men and women signed up for this. Everyone is acting like we are sending civilians over there. These people signed up to train to kill, to go kill, and to possibly be killed. When I was in boot camp for the Marine Corp there wasn't a day that went by that our drill instructors didn't talk about us dying. They never said that you MIGHT die. They said we WILL die. It's not like these troops are going over there with the idea in their head that they are going to sit around and chat and drink tea. They know they are going to war. For those of you in the military who come back. God bless you. For those of you who come back and complain about having to go, why did you join the military? Did you do it for the uniform? You thought that the chicks would all flock to you. Did you do it for the free school? Well let me tell you this, when I joined the Corp I didn't do it for the uniform. I didn't do it for the school. I did it because I am willing to DIE for my country. DIE. So stop coming home and complaining about being shot at. THAT'S WHAT YOU ARE THERE FOR!!! It's as simple as that. If you don't want to get shot at or die, DON'T JOIN THE MILITARY!!! For those of you Americans who have lost loved ones, I am truly sorry. I know how hard it is. But don't complain about their death, celebrate it. They died gloriously and there is no greater way to die than for God and country.
